Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the sales and service operation of the company within a geographical area.
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base by conducting a needs analysis of the customer base.
- Evaluate, identify and adopt new strategies to ensure achievement of set budgets within the geographical area.
- Act as a contact between the sales department and the customer base, to identify and understand the customer’s needs and to provide solutions.
- Assist in HR and admin related queries
